The voting subdivision defines the area served by a voting station which is where an elector casts his/her vote. It is an area of a local jurisdiction or ward designated as a voting subdivision by the Returning Officer. The Returning Officer may divide the local jurisdiction into voting subdivisions and may alter their boundaries.

Tree Canopy contains polygons outlining the extent of tree cover for all land within the City of Calgary. The tree canopy was derived by Remote Sensing software using City of Calgary Orthophotos and Lidar. The resulting data was then quality controlled and edited using various photogrammetric and processing tools.
This dataset is compiled from The City of Calgary’s in situ (in location) water quality monitoring program. In situ field measures are acquired from the deployment of unattended multi-parameter sondes in surface waters by The City of Calgary.
