The source of this data is the 2018 Citizen Satisfaction Survey, a telephone survey conducted with a randomly selected sample of n=2,500 Calgarians aged 18 years and older between August 15th and September 12th, 2018. Of the sample, 40% were cell phones and 60% were landlines. The margin of error (MOE) for the total sample of 2,500 is ± 2.0 percentage points,19 times out of 20.
