The Forward Sortation Area Boundary File depicts the boundaries of forward sortation areas (FSAs) derived from postal codes captured from federal census questionnaires. This is based on census dissemination areas. The file is periodically updated, following the federal census which is currently mandated every 5 years (2011, 2016, 2021...). Ward-level tabulations of annual census counts of residents, dwellings, and dwelling occupancy, categorized by dwelling structure type. Ward boundaries can change over time. These results are based on the ward boundaries at the time of data collection in each year.

The Calgary Equity Index Overlay Statistics are derived from Citizen Satisfaction surveys and census demographics.
The Calgary Equity Index is a decision-making tool designed to measure equity in Calgary, based on a social determinant of health (SDOH) framework. The SDOH are the range of interacting social and economic conditions that influence people’s health and well-being. This index provides an equity lens to examine the ways in which social and economic conditions are experienced and distributed among populations. It will help the City examine where inequities exist in different areas. Information is available for 113 Community Service Areas (CSAs) across Calgary. The CSAs were created by combining two adjacent Census Tracts to reach a population of around 10,000. The CSAs are numbered from 1 to 113, and are displayed on the map.

The data in this map are 2-way 16h bike volumes collected on a single weekday in 2015, factored to represent the average September/October volume. Factors were calculated based on 13 automated count stations.

Final results of the 2021 General Election. Senate results by ward and voting station.

Tree Canopy contains polygons outlining the extent of tree cover for all land within the City of Calgary. The tree canopy was derived by Remote Sensing software using City of Calgary Orthophotos and Lidar. The resulting data was then quality controlled and edited using various photogrammetric and processing tools.
TREE_CANOPY_2022 was created by updating TREE_CANOPY_2020 photogrammetrically using the 2022 Digital Aerial Survey (DAS) aerial imagery. Trees and large shrub areas over 2m tall are captured in this dataset.
